Mario Gomez celebrates his Tor-Kanone!

Well done, Super Mario!

He kissed it, he actually holds it. What’s that ? Of course, Mario Gòmez and his Torjägerkanone. That was „Liebe auf den ersten Blick”. It is really nice say that he has scored his 28 Goals since 8. Spieltag, when Bayern has played against Hannover 96. he said he is „proud and lucky” and he obviously says thanks to his Team. „That was my childhood dream”. I shall not bother you anymore with my presentation, so here there are the reactions to the match.

Uli Hoeneß: “The last few weeks have made up for a lot of things. We’ve won four and drawn one of our last five matches, and we can be satisfied with that. We’ve hit our minimum target, a qualifying place in the Champions League. It’s not a lot, but it’s the minimum. The best thing is to foget this season quickly and look to the future. Not everything’s been negative, but we should re-set our sights higher for next season. Andries Jonker has done a great job. He and the team have done the necessary for the club. It’s been a lot of fun over the last few weeks.“

Andries Jonker: “I’m satisfied, but no more than that. At the end of the day, we’ve won nothing. All we’ve achieved is our minimum target, and that’s no cause for celebration. Today, we had a small chance of finishing second. We tried everything, but Stuttgart confirmed just how difficult it always is. We attempted to keep the pace high. We’ve won the match, which is why I’m satisfied.”

Mario Gomez: “It was a good way to sign off. We wanted to achieve the impossible today, but it was beyond us. Unfortunately, Leverkusen also won, so they’ve deservedly finished second. We intend to do better next season. We’re setting our sights high.“

Bruno Labbadia (Stuttgart coach): “We put our hearts into it today, but we failed to score a second goal in the first half. It was evenly-matched in the second half with very few chances, but we ended up conceding from a set play. We deserved a point, and given there was nothing more at stake for us, my players are relatively disappointed. But the team can still be very proud, because they’ve done a good job over the last six months.“

Nice blog, raucher! Concerning Gomez, even if I don’t like him, this year he made a wonderful season. Anyway, he can count on assist-men such as Robben and Mueller… maybe with such fellows, even I could sign a goal! (not 28, of course)

Thanks! But still, you ought to think that during lots of games he hadn’t neither Robben nor Ribèry behind him…
